The service
AirconAlerts monitors the public availability of selected portable air conditioners at UK retailers and shows the results on this site. Stock information is aggregated from retailers' own public pages and may differ from actual availability — always confirm with the retailer before purchasing or travelling. We are an independent service, not affiliated with any manufacturer or retailer shown, and we do not guarantee that any product is or will become available.
Alert passes
An alert pass is a one-time purchase (1 week £4.99, 1 month £9.99, 2 months £14.99) entitling one email address to restock alert emails for every listing we track, UK-wide, for the pass duration. Passes start when payment completes; buying another pass while one is active extends your coverage — the new pass starts when the current one ends. Passes never auto-renew and no card details are stored by us: payment is processed by Stripe.
Refunds & cancellation
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from purchase. Because monitoring starts immediately at your request, a refund within that period is the price paid minus £0.70 for each day (or part-day) of monitoring already elapsed. Once a pass has fully elapsed, no refund is due. To request a refund, reply to your purchase confirmation email; refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for missed restocks, delayed or undelivered emails, retailer price or availability changes, or any purchase decision you make. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current pass. Outbound links may be affiliate links; this never affects the data we show.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
